What is this yoga all about? Why is it so scary to step into a yoga class for the first time? What if I can't touch my toes? What if I hate yoga? (You won't!) What if I fall on my face? What do I wear? What if I don't even know what the hell Namaste means? NO PROBLEM!

It's your time to start! We all started with every single one of the questions. Here's where you and I break down the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga: alignment, sun salutations, strength building, breath, modifications, warriors, chaturanga dandasanas (what??)... 

Your first session will be 90-minutes covering all of the basics and spending time breaking down foundational asanas (poses), which will give you a firm foundation of the practice. Don't worry, there's no chanting, or singing, or preaching... ommm-ing is optional and savasana is non-negotiable (you will thank me).

The three following sessions will be 60-minutes of working through the vinyasa practice, building transitions and working on your individual goals. We can explore together what you want to learn, what asanas you would like to strengthen and flow to some fun music!
